Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund is in our absolute and sole discretion.

If you receive free shipping and do not keep at least $50 worth of merchandise, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Hats to Hose does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail.

Sale items are FINAL SALE.  They may not be returned or exchanged.  

Hosiery, Headwear, and Swimwear are FINAL SALE. They may not be returned or exchanged.

Items that are returned to us and are not eligible for a refund will be donated to charity.

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all tags still attached for a full refund.  Boy's white shirts taken out of the package are not returnable.

Local orders are returnable for 3 days.  Orders shipped out of town are returnable for 3 days.

For pick-up orders, this begins when the ‘ready for pickup’ email is sent. 

Orders shipped out of town are returnable for 3 days from when the package is received.  Orders over $400 shipped out of town or picked up will be subject to a 10% restocking fee upon return.
